Feel free to drop by with your bike anytime; no appointment is necessary! In most cases, we can repair it the same day, provided spare parts are available and we have the capacity. We'll keep you updated and notify you by phone as soon as your bike is ready for pickup or if there are any updates. We also offer comprehensive bicycle services, including e-bike repairs and repairs for all types of bicycles , including cargo bikes . Our staff are highly qualified and passionate road and mountain bikers themselves, and are always happy to offer advice and ensure that all bicycles, regardless of type, are in top condition.
Paid transit
We are also available for the annual inspection of your job bike. You can simply visit us with your bike and your 16-digit job bike ID without registering in advance. As soon as the inspection is complete, you will receive a pick-up code from us, which you can show when picking up your job bike.
Custom Build

Canyon Service Partner
We are an authorized Canyon partner. We have direct contact with Canyon's technical service department and access to all Canyon services as well as an extensive spare parts portfolio for your Canyon bike. This includes handling warranty claims , repairs of all kinds, maintenance , packaging of Canyon bikes, and assembly of your new bike. The fastest way to get back in the saddle as soon as possible.
