Feel free to drop by with your bike at any time, you don't need an appointment! In most cases we repair it on the same day, provided spare parts are available and we have capacity. We will keep you up to date and inform you by phone as soon as your bike is ready for collection or there is any news. We also offer comprehensive bicycle services, including the repair of E-Bikes and all types of bicyclesincluding cargo bikesOur staff are highly qualified and passionate road and mountain bike riders themselves, and are always happy to give you advice and will always ensure that all bikes, regardless of type, are in top condition.
We are also available for the annual inspection of your job bike. You can simply visit us with your bike and your 16-digit job bike ID without registering in advance. As soon as the inspection is complete, you will receive a pick-up code from us, which you can show when picking up your job bike.
You can lease your company bike through us.

We are an authorized partner of Canyon. We are in direct contact with Canyon's technical service department and have access to all Canyon services as well as an extensive spare parts portfolio for your Canyon bike. This includes the Processing of guarantee cases, repairs of any kind, Maintenance, Packaging from Canyon Bikes and Construction your new bike. The quickest way to get back in the saddle as soon as possible. You can also have your new Canyon bike delivered directly to us; we will make it ready for you to drive and pick up. Your Rose bike will find the right service with us. Our services include maintenance and inspection, Repair, processing of warranty cases and procurement of original Rose spare parts. Come by with your bike anytime, you don't need an appointment, just your customer number from Rose… Until then, have a safe and accident-free trip.
