Do you service or repair all types of bikes or adapt them to customer requirements. You can also put together individual bicycle components according to customer requirements or equip bikes with additional parts. In order to disassemble, clean and maintain bicycles, it is important to disassemble them into individual assemblies and check their function, also with the help of testing and measuring devices. You identify and fix defects and make sure that the bike is functional and roadworthy. When handing it over, you explain to the customer what work has been done and what needs to be considered when using the bike. You will also advise prospective buyers on the advantages and disadvantages of different models.
Furthermore, you have technical understanding to identify errors, malfunctions and causes quickly and safely! You are responsible AND you enjoy working in a team! Because that is one of the most important things for us, we support each other, find approaches and solutions together and love what we do!
We offer you a young, dynamic and cordial team with room for development and development opportunities, as well as good pay and a boss who is often in a very good mood ;)
feel free to write to us jobs@der-ritzler.de or just come by in person, we look forward to seeing you

There are five bikes to choose from, from a rickety women's bike to a rusty tandem.
Their owners Jill, Josefine, Sebastian, Svenja and Tobias are united by their desire for improvement. But each of them also has a story associated with the bike. That's why your bikes shouldn't just be roadworthy, they should be something special. Glamorous, spacey or highly technical?
That in turn was Andi and Stefan’s decision. Can we convince bike owners with our conversions?
Even beyond the “planet e.” challenge, every revised bike is a win for us and Stefan Helms from Cologne. Because hundreds of thousands end up on scrap every year. "This is a tremendous waste of resources. Upcycling almost always pays off", says Stefan Helms. Andreas Kohlmeier, a Ritzler from Karlsruhe, is enthusiastic about the idea of individualizing mass-produced goods: "Often richen just a few good details to turn a bike into my bike."
We are happy and excited to see how you like the show ;)A post shared by Der Ritzler (@derritzler)

Swap Netflix for SWR today at 20:15 p.m., because Andi will be restoring a women’s racing bike from the 70s from the legendary Colnago brand in “the barn” of SWR.
A real design classic and a rare piece, after all, women's racing bikes were rare at the time.
Florian Bengert discovered the dream of chrome in his parents' garage. But so far the design dream has been overshadowed by dust and cobwebs and the wheels and all the mechanics have been around for too many years without care.

Moderator Arndt Reisenbichler sees a small danger for the young architect: "It may be that your girlfriend finds the bike so beautiful that she will spend more time on the bike than with you." Of course, Florian Bengert takes the risk like one.
Have fun,
to look directly over the shoulder of the Ritzler during the restoration!
